Do annual plans cost less?
Yes. Doctora Core is $199 per doctor per month when billed annually, one $2,388 payment a year, which is $600 less than paying monthly. Doctora Pro is $399 per doctor per month when billed annually, one $4,788 payment a year, which is $1,200 less than paying monthly.
Do I pay anything today?
Yes. Your first 10 charts delivered to your EHR are free, and there is no day-based expiry. Your first month of the plan you chose is charged only when your 10th chart is delivered. Cancel anytime before then and you pay nothing. Ask within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund.

Can I change EHRs?
Your plan belongs to the doctor, not to an EHR, so a change of EHR does not change what you pay. Doctora writes the exam into six optometry EHRs: RevolutionEHR, CrystalPM, Eyefinity, OfficeMate, Eye Cloud Pro and Uprise. The integrations page shows what is live today.
