Reach out through the Doctora contact form. We'll confirm you're on Uprise and share roadmap status. Practices that raise their hand early help us prioritize which Uprise workflows to map first.

VisionWeb tenant coordination
Before we can finalize the Uprise adapter we need authenticated tenant access to validate each PMS screen end-to-end. We've mapped the OIDC hybrid flow through auth.visionweb.com (client_id uprise_www) and are coordinating with VisionWeb on a design-partner tenant.

Install the Doctora Chrome extension
Once the adapter ships, pin the Doctora Chrome extension. When you sign in to Uprise at www.youruprise.com/Uprise/Pms/, Doctora will detect the authenticated session automatically — no separate credentials, no OAuth app to register.

Talk through the exam
Doctora listens ambiently while you examine the patient, transcribes the conversation, and structures it into optometry exam fields — chief complaint, ROS, entrance testing, refraction, slit lamp, DFE, assessment, and plan — ready to review in the Uprise chart.

Review, then write back (planned)
Review the AI-generated note. Once the Uprise adapter reaches production, approved notes will flow into Uprise's chart fields via the same endpoints the native UI uses, so documentation lands where your staff already looks for it.
